Update Your System

sudo dnf upgrade -y

Install Virtual Box Guest Additions

sudo dnf install epel-release kernel-devel -y

In the VirtualBox Toolbar go to Devices > Insert Guest Additions CD Image

sudo & /run/media/22halo/VBox_GAs_7.0.18/autorun.sh

Update Host Name

sudo hostnamectl set-hostname desiredhostname

Reboot

sudo reboot now

Install Gnome Tweaks

sudo dnf install gnome-tweaks

Open Tweaks

Click ‘Window Titlebars’ menu

Under ‘Titlebar Buttons’ toggle on ‘Maximize’ and ‘Minimize’ 

Install automatic updates

sudo dnf install dnf-automatic

sudo vim /etc/dnf/automatic.conf

sudo systemctl enable –now dnf-automatic.timer

sudo systemctl list-timers -all | grep dnf-automatic

sudo systemctl edit dnf-automatic.timer

journalctl -u dnf-automatic

Install chrome

sudo rpm –import https://dl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub

wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_x86_64.rpm

sudo dnf localinstall google-chrome-stable_current_x86_64.rpm

Disallow Root From SSH Access

sudo vim /etc/ssh/sshd_config
